• Each participant must complete a separate registration form. Feel free to make copies of this form.
• Pre-registration is effective only when the completely written registration form is returned to the APNOMS’99 Finance Chair by August 21, 1999.
• All bank service charges using the payment of the registration fee must be paid by the applicants.
• Symposium registration fee for regular participants includes technical session materials (Proceedings) and admissions to technical sessions, banquet, three lunches and coffee breaks.
• Symposium registration fee for students includes lunches, but does not include admission to the banquet.
• Symposium registration fee for exhibitors includes lunches and banquet, but does not include admission to the Tutorials and Technical sessions.
• All presenters at the symposium must register by August 7, 1999 in order to ensure publication in the proceedings.
• REFUNDING POLICY: There is 30,000 won cancellation fee for Regular Registration. APNOMS'99 must receive a written cancellation notice no later than August 28, 1999 to remit the curtailed refund. Refund will not be made after August 28, 1999.
